Do you have questions about your training? Not quite sure how and when to schedule recovery? Are you wondering what to eat for energy and performance? We know that the world of triathlon is sometimes a bit difficult to navigate, so we’re happy to assist with the journey.

Tri-Eva is excited to announce our new ‘Ask the Experts’ section, a place where you can get tips on everything from handling race day nerves to recovering from injury.

We’ve assembled an expert panel to answer your questions, so you know that you’ll be getting good advice. Please keep your questions coming and we’ll be sure to get you the best possible response as quickly as we can.

    Additional question if you guys answer my previous post will the answer be posted somewhere on you site or will I receive an email? Basically how do I know when it’s been answered?
